Ø Vacuum stairwells

Ø Sweep and mop tiled areas

Ø Dust & Polish glass doors, window ledges, pictures, mirrors, handrails and fire safety equipment

Ø Remove scuff marks off stairwell walls

Ø Remove Cobwebs

Ø Check common property lighting – and replace globes as required

Ø Seasonally adjust security time clocks

Ø Cleaning common laundries and toilets

Ø Remove junk mail & loose litter

Ø Sweep and/or blow pathways, driveways & carparks

Ø Clean and disinfect garbage corrals

Ø Clear drainage grates

Ø Individual cleaning requirements

Ø Cut and edge lawns and nature strips

Ø Trim and prune shrubs as necessary, including lower branches of trees

Ø Supply and plant annuals or new shrubs (after client approval)

Ø Garden design and construction – including the rejuvenation of old gardens and creation of new gardens
