What you will be doing!
The franchisee’s business is based on servicing
Owners Corporations and Commercial customers. The major benefit of
this type of business, as opposed to servicing private customers,
is the reliable and stable income stream it generates, which
is not affected by seasonal fluctuations.
Because of their commercial nature, these properties need
regular service. You will have quoted agreements to visit your
customers on a regular basis, either once a week or once a fortnight
(sometimes once a day). Your agreement outlines the frequency
of the visits, and details an agreed list of duties that are
required to be performed.
The Minders Franchisees
are also trained to identify any areas requiring specialised expertise
(eg. from tradesmen) such as broken light fittings, blocked drains,
dangerous trees, broken fence palings which they then bring to
the attention of the Managing Agent.
In order to allow Franchisees to
go on holiday , The Minders provide a fully trained staff member
to take over the property run when required.
The Minders provide full administration,
invoicing and debt collection services to Franchisees. This enables
Franchisees to concentrate on what they do best – servicing
the clients.
